All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. To process a defective or damaged item claim, customers may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Items reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
